What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 medals — enough for a single bracket, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Can I get gold, silver and bronze of the same design?
Yes — all three finishes strike from the same mold, which is how placement sets are ordered. Tell us the count per finish.
Are ribbons included?
Every medal ships with a neck ribbon. Stock colors are included; sublimated and custom-woven ribbons with your event name are available upgrades.
Which medal style should I pick?
Die-cast for the tournament standard, inserts for budgets and full-color art, shapes for identity, 3D sculpted for finals, spinners for youth events, oversized championship medals for the podium.
Can you match our school or club colours?
Yes. Send your colour references and we match plating, enamel and ribbon, then confirm it on your mockup before the run.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have — a logo, a mascot photo, even a sketch. Our designers rebuild it for the mold at no charge.
